SEACMEQ Projects

SEACMEQ projects are large scale cross national research studies carried out in SEACMEQ countries to assess the conditions of schooling and performance levels of leaners and teachers in the areas of literacy, and numeracy, as well as levels of learners’ basic health knowledge. The SEACMEQ Consortium has successfully implemented and completed three large-scale cross-national educational policy research projects at 5 to 6 year intervals. The SEACMEQ Consortium is currently implementing the fourth project.
